What began outdoors during the midst of the COVID lockdown back in 2020 has grown into something much bigger.
Yoga isn’t just movement—it’s a framework for living that has been around for thousands of years. The emotional components of yoga, from breath awareness to self-compassion, are foundational to this program. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, or simply seeking clarity, yoga, breath and wellness practices offer tools that go far beyond the mat.
The introduction of the wellness part of our program was born from my belief that the emotional, physical, and spiritual tools embedded in yoga can hold answers to life’s deeper questions. Not just how to stretch or move, but how to live well. Truly well.
This isn’t just about wellness. It’s about the mutual support of each other in fostering a higher wellbeing of our entire community.
Wellbeing also goes beyond medical care. It’s about understanding the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and giving people the tools to take control of their health, their habits, and their happiness. That’s why I decided to bring together experts from across disciplines: yoga teachers, psychologists, breathwork facilitators, and even a cutting-edge psychiatric nurse practitioner, Patricia “Trish” Schneider.
“Feel Better, Live Better: From the Inside Out” our next wellness event will be held on Tuesday, October 14th at The Heritage Harbor Hall of Fame Lecture Hall, which is adjacent to Brown Advisory Group at East Bay Office Park in Riverside, RI.
Trish Schneider is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and a certification in Functional Blood Work. She’s not just treating symptoms—she’s uncovering root causes. From chronic inflammation to hormonal imbalances, Trish uses advanced blood testing to help clients understand what’s happening inside their bodies and how it connects to their emotional and mental wellbeing.
She’s a neighbor, a resource, and someone you can sit down with to explore the physiological side of your health journey. Her work bridges the gap between traditional care and holistic healing.
