Many aspects of the financial planning process overlap with concepts and practices such as goal setting and accountability that are used in personal coaching. Many of these principles are also inherent in the study of yoga, where they are known as 'limbs'. Jeff is a also a certified yoga instructor with training in personal coaching through the Baptiste Institute. His unique background led him to believe that the path to our personal best includes best practices with our finances, which is ultimately routed in our behavior, and skill, in handling and managing our finances and our money.
